JD Construction Services, Inc. is a West Los Angeles based construction company founded in 1990 by John Perry.
JD Construction services all of Tehachapi and some cities in Ventura County. John was born in Lakeview, California and lived in several states from East to West Coast. He had an interest in construction at an early age. At 15 years old John worked on a crew building A-Frame houses in Idaho and majored in architectural and mechanical drawing through Highschool and College. At 18 years old John started working for MGM Studios in Culver City, California and after several layoffs got back into construction and he got his General Contractor License and has since added an C-10 Electrical license as well.
In addition to his 26 years of construction experience and his love of building and architecture he realizes the importance of focusing on the clients needs and keeping a close eye on detail. John's goal is to work closely with the homeowner to bring to life the dreams of his clients, and work with the architects and subcontractors, to ensure all project stay on schedule and on budget.
